Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in NZD ( New Zealand Dollars).
If the item/s are delayed you will be contacted via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time, you can either cancel the order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock. Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
Delivery within New Zealand:
Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier FREIGHT FREE. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery of your goods, a dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched. Rural Delivery anywhere in New Zealand is included.
Orders delivered outside of New Zealand incur a freight cost of NZ$25.00. Spend over NZ$500.00 and your order is FREIGHT FREE. The following delivery times apply.
DYRBERGKERN.CO.NZ will not be liable for any import or custom taxes that may apply to your order.
Place your order before Sunday 18th to ensure Christmas delivery. The D/K office will be closed from the 24th and will re-open 16th January. Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible and will take up to 10 business days for delivery. During this period, please contact your closest store for all enquiries.

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges for the following scenarios:
If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please email the exchange details to email@example.com and return the product/s to us via courier in original packaging. ALTERNATIVELY you can exchange the products/s in a DYRBERG/KERN concept store. Product/s MUST be in the original condition and exchanged within 14 days of purchase. You must have a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase to exchange the product/s.
Our quality control team does their very best to ensure the product/s you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product please email firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product/s to us via courier to the below address. We can then arrange a repair or replacement.
